All outstanding hotel bills must be settled before departure unless prior credit arrangements have been approved by management.
The hotel reserves its rights under applicable law in relation to unpaid amounts.
Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused to hotel property by themselves, their visitors or persons under their responsibility, other than normal wear and tear.
The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.
A hotel reservation and stay at Vilasam Rooms are provided for temporary accommodation.
A guest's stay does not create any tenancy, lease, sub-tenancy or other occupancy rights over the hotel premises.
Storing or using hazardous, flammable, explosive or combustible materials in guest rooms or anywhere on the hotel premises is prohibited.
Any activity that creates a safety risk to guests, employees or property is prohibited.
Vilasam Rooms reserves the right to refuse accommodation or require a guest to leave the property where permitted by applicable law.
This may apply in cases involving serious misconduct, disruptive behaviour, threats or harassment, damage to property, violation of hotel policies, unlawful activity or safety concerns.
Guests are expected to respect other guests, hotel employees and hotel property at all times.
Vilasam Rooms will exercise reasonable care in providing accommodation and hotel services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hotel's liability for a claim arising from a guest's stay will be limited to the amount paid or payable for the relevant accommodation or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to a stay at Vilasam Rooms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu.
Guests must comply with all applicable laws and government regulations during their stay.
Valid identification and registration information may be required at check-in.
Foreign nationals must provide the travel and identification documents required under applicable regulations.
A charge of ₹500 will apply for lost or damaged room keys or key-related items.
Guests should immediately inform the hotel if a room key is lost.
Vilasam Rooms may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operations or applicable requirements.
The latest version published on the website will apply to future reservations unless otherwise stated.
Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.

Parking is subject to availability.
Vehicles parked at or near the property remain the responsibility of their owners.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables inside vehicles.
